How to wear it
- 01Loosen both straps fully. Fasten the waist band first, snug but not tight — you should fit a flat hand underneath.
- 02Bring the straps over your shoulders and draw them down until you feel a light, even pull across the shoulder blades.
- 03Start at 15–20 minutes a day. Build up gradually over two weeks.
- 04Loosen or remove it if it pinches or restricts your breathing. It should read as a reminder, never a restriction.
Size guide
Measure around your natural waist, at the narrowest point, with the tape level and snug. Order by that number — not by your trouser or shirt size.

As a rough cross-check, XS and S suit heights under about 5′7″, M and L around 5′7″ to 5′11″, and XL and 2XL above 5′11″. If your waist measurement and your height point at different sizes, go with the waist measurement.
