We work to describe our products accurately, but colours, dimensions, and finishes may vary slightly from images shown on screen. Product measurements are approximate. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other site content are error-free.

ShaFar products are general comfort and support accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. 5. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, reseller activity, or a pricing error. Where we decline an order that has been paid, we will refund it in full.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied. We do not store full payment card details.

8. Shipping, Title, and Risk

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery by the carrier to the address you provided.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
